CORROSION CONTROL - ACW Coatings
ACW Grade IV (Under development - TBA)
ACW Grade IV is suitable for surfaces experiencing medium to high impact/abrasion over
extended periods.

- Prevents corrosion on surfaces experiencing medium to high impact/abrasion in the long term
- Packaging options: 2, 4, 8, 30 & 60 litres (alternative options made to order)
Performance:
Length of protection: up to 5 years (single coat); up to 20 years (multi coat) TBC
(depending on local conditions)
Cure time: TBC
Cured Composition: very hard semi-waxy surface
Colour: TBC
Application method: Brush or Spray (single or multiple coats)
Reapplication: as desired
Removal: white spirit or steam clean
Suitability:
i) Corrosion protection for marine vessels and structures experiencing
medium to high impact/abrasion in the long term
ii) Corrosion prone surfaces found on machinery, buildings, walkways and
bridges where long term protection from impact/abrasion is required.
